This workshop by Biotech Bootcamp is designed to provide insights into the operational and strategic considerations for scaling up a MedTech or biotech startup, including project management, team building, and managing growth phases. Travis Rappleye is a MedTech professional with over 24 years of experience in pre-commercial product development, project management, and operations. He is passionate about organizing and efficiently managing startup MedTech projects to make the most out of an organization's resources. In addition to practicing, he supports the next generation of MedTech professionals by lecturing at San Jose State University in the Biomedical Engineering program, and is developing standalone educational programming for MedTech founders.
